Bry As a fan of the NCU, I've been eagerly awaiting to hear Polygon Horizon's entry to the storh and this first single has me hyped! Can't wait to hear the rest!

I love the energy it brings! Favorite track: Kharusurahk.

Unicorn Hole Kharusurahk introduces chapter eight of the NCU, and holy heck does it hint at a goldmine waiting to be tapped! (see what I did there?) The production is crushing, and the composition is intricate and compelling, complimenting the bleak lyrics perfectly. Dustin and Rei are sick vocalists apart, and even more so together. I can't wait to hear how this album comes together!

Dust and sandstone,
Empty mines and tired eyes
Spirits exhausted
The town of Eredet,
Skeletal remnants in the Kharusurahk
The dying city baked by the desert sun

But not all lifeless
Not just quite yet

Jase, silver hair, face prematurely lined
He earns a meager living digging in the mines
His youth wasted here, barely he survives
Parents, son, reliant on what the dirt can provide

But the land is barren,
Nothing yielded by the earth
Digging on, in solitude
Devoid of any worth

Ashen hair, and eerie eyes,
Outcast by all
Aberrant stranger
Outsider monster

So his lonesome life goes

But not all hopeless
Not just quite yet

Arden, his one companion in these gloomy times
Like Jace he's been disowned by others of his kind
Raised to Sentinel, guards the workers in the mine
Magic armour, King's favor have pushed him to the side

So the two friends enjoy what they can
While the mines worm deeper into sand…
